Retail Sales Advisor

• providing excellent customer service and maximising sales performance of the store • take ownership and resolve customer issues • identify and fulfil customer needs appropriately • liaise with internal and external business units on behalf of suppliers • ensure all policies are maintained and presentation standards are up held within the store.

Key Skills: • previous experience of the retail/customer service sector would be advantageous, but not essential • must have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone • proven track record of working well within a team • able to demonstrate commitment. • must be a motivated and flexible individual.
